Every month or so Capt. Richard Block of the National Mariners Association (NMA) puts together a newsletter that every working mariner should be reading. The latest, #68 – February/March 2010, is available for those who want to be aware…..read it and pass it on. They are archived here, along with industry newsletters from AWO, OMSA and others. There is also a very comprehensive series of NMA reports, covering a wide variety of issues and subjects and useful for both research and general mariner education, on our NMA Reports sub-page.
